D3O® pads at the shoulders, elbows, back and chest, with D3O® and Plush padding across the ribs and lower collarbone, built into a ventilated compression top you can wear from first chair to last run. Made to take the bumps, scrapes and bruising that come with falls on snow and dirt.

D3O® + Plush padding — D3O® pads at the shoulders, elbows, back and chest, with D3O® and Plush padding on the ribs, lower collarbone and upper chest.
T6 D3O® at shoulders and elbows — D3O®'s T6 protector: a rate-sensitive material that stays soft and flexible while you ride and firms up when it's compressed, with a thin integrated shell face that resists scuffs and punctures. Backed with soft O2 foam for comfort.
BP4 back pad and CP1 chest pad — D3O®'s ventilated BP4 back pad runs the length of the spine; the low-profile CP1 chest pad sits over the sternum. Both are removable for washing.
Collarbone and rib coverage — Added lower-collarbone and upper-chest padding for forward falls, plus articulated rib and abdomen pads that flex with your torso.
ACF (Athletic Compression Fit) — Cinch-tight chest straps and adjustable elbow straps keep every pad where you set it.

For snowboarding, skiing and mountain biking only. Not for motorsports. Designed to cushion minor impacts and reduce bruising, scuffs and abrasions from falls typical of these sports. No protective equipment can prevent serious injury. Fit it snug, check it for damage before each use, and replace it if it is cracked, torn or worn.

The V7 is built for snowboarding, skiing and mountain biking, all year. The ventilated Lycra/mesh construction manages body temperature well enough for summer mountain biking and trail riding, where you run much hotter than on snow. The ACF compression fit and side zipper make it easy to layer under a jacket or wear on its own. It is not designed or approved for motorsports.

The Demon Ghost Rib Protector is an optional add-on that wraps from spine to stomach in high-density Dura Foam under a firm outer layer, adding padding across the ribs and midsection — the area most padded tops don't cover. The V7 top covers the shoulders, elbows, back, ribs and abdomen on its own; the Ghost Rib is for riders who want continuous padding around the torso, especially park riders who spend time on boxes and rails.

Yes. The V7 is built with a ventilated Lycra/mesh construction and ACF compression fit designed to sit close to the body under outerwear. The low-cut neckline and side zipper reduce bulk at the collar and chest — the two areas where padded tops most often show under a jacket. The pad layout is designed not to create pressure points against the jacket lining. Most riders wear the V7 over a moisture-wicking base layer, under their shell or insulated jacket.

X-Connect is Demon's connection system that physically links compatible Demon padded tops and bottoms at the midsection. Without it, there's usually a gap between where a padded top ends and the shorts begin. X-Connect closes that gap and adds a low lumbar pad for extra lower-back coverage. It works with Demon V4, V5, V6 and V7 tops and bottoms.

The design of this garment is amazing. It fits well, the D30 pads are comfortable and easy to install and remove. Overall, I love it. My two comments for improvement are 1) The stretch material the garment itself is made out of tears very easily. First crash with a jersey over the top tore a large hole near the elbow. 2) The D30 back pack is too large an bulky.

I recently purchased the Demon Flexforce X V6 D3O / XRD Men's Impact Top from Demon United and I would like to share my experience.
I have already tested it and my first impressions are excellent. I chose size Medium, and for my body type (height 1.78 m / 5'10" and weight 76 kg / 167 lbs) the fit was very good. It fits the body comfortably and securely without restricting movement, which is very important for me.
In terms of protection, it offers a very high level of safety. The D3O and XRD materials provide great impact protection while still remaining comfortable during use.
I would also like to highlight the extremely fast shipping. The product arrived in Greece in just 5 days, which exceeded my expectations.
Finally, I would like to say thank you for the gift included in the package. It was a very pleasant surprise and shows great attention to customers.
Overall, I am very satisfied with both the product and the service from Demon United, and I would definitely choose them again in the future.

The product arrived very quickly, thank you for the fast delivery! I’m really looking forward to testing it out on the slopes next week. It feels incredibly lightweight, protection level (D3O/XRD) looks very high and reliable.

For reference regarding the sizing: I am 190 cm tall and weigh 88 kg. The X-Large fits perfectly—not too tight, but secure enough to stay in place. I will update my review once I’ve had a chance to use it in action.

I love this piece, it provides a protection that will you confidence when riding. I've felt better going off bigger jumps, drops and rails with this, Paired with the flexforce v6 impact shorts, the x connect allows you to connect you tops to your bottoms. Providing a seamless full back protection while also providing a warm base layer. Back chest shoulder and elbows protection with the D3 is unmatched. I will say its not too bulky honestly, I might size up my coat to have more comfort but its not restricting. the flexibility, mobility versus protection ratio of the Impact Top are unmatched. If you want a little less padding as well you can remove the additional D3 chest piece as well.

I did not use this protection while snowboarding, but as soon as I tried it on, it became very clear that this is more of an illusion of protection rather than real impact protection.

This feels like a compression shirt with some soft padding. It does not provide real rib protection and would not help in a serious fall or impact. The side and rib areas are especially weak and offer almost no structural support.

For the price, I expected actual protection, but this product is mostly comfort and flexibility, not safety. It might help against light bruises, but it will not prevent rib injuries or fractures.

If you are looking for real rib or chest protection, especially after an injury, this is not the right product.

Great protection

Can not say enough about the way this thing fits perfectly with slight strap adjustment. Also the way that you enter and exit it are very unique, but also having suffered a collar bone break that's still healing, it doesn't hurt to get into our out of. As well as the interlocking feature which i already raved about with my review of the pants.

All in all I now own an entire head to shins protective system all demon united and it all works superbly.

This thing rocks!! Once I had all my gear on I didn't even notice it. I took a crazy fall snowboarding going a little over 40mph, and got right back up and boarded away.

Picture looked like the protection would be more than it really has. After receiving the item I feel the protection will be minimal and the impact cushion with sliding or skidding may not be very effective. I did get the chest protector and glad I did because what comes with it is a thin piece of foam. The chest plate should come with it but it will also be minimal of protection. The Leatt seems to offer better protection in my opinion at the same cost.
