DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

By placing an order with us you agree to all of the terms below.

We strive to ship every order within 2-3 business days. Any order placed by 11 AM on a business day will be sent to our warehouse and we will do our best to get it shipped ASAP; anything placed after that will be processed the next business day. Once your order receives a tracking number, please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking to update.

Free U.S. shipping is available on domestic orders of $99.99 and up. Free international economy shipping is available on orders of $150 USD and up.

Free shipping thresholds are based on your order total after any discounts or promo codes are applied — not the pre-discount total. If a discount code brings your order total below the qualifying amount, standard shipping rates apply. Faster paid shipping options (such as Express) remain available to select at checkout.

Delivery takes 4–7 business days inside the U.S. when selecting the flat-rate $9.99 / Free Shipping method (USPS). Ship times DO NOT include weekends or holidays.

For customers who would like to use the 2-Day or Standard Overnight shipping methods, the order must be placed before 10 AM MST to guarantee those delivery times. Orders placed after that time will be processed the next business day. (FedEx/UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so the 2-Day/Overnight options are not available for P.O. Box addresses.)

FedEx/UPS Two-Day and Overnight do not deliver on weekends.

Express orders placed on Friday before 10 AM MST will be processed, but express shipping does not deliver on weekends — for example, an overnight order placed Friday would arrive Monday, not Saturday. Express orders placed over the weekend are processed on Monday.

International Shipping (Outside of the USA)

We ship to most countries. For most international destinations, duties and import taxes are now calculated and collected at checkout through Shopify Managed Markets. This means the total you pay at checkout is your all-in landed cost — with no surprise customs fees, duties, or VAT charged on delivery (Delivered Duty Paid / DDP). For any destination where prepaid duties are not available at checkout, standard import charges may apply and remain the customer's responsibility.

Import laws, customs, tariffs, and policies vary by country and are sometimes enforced differently depending on the import office or customs agent who processes your shipment. We make no representations or guarantees that importing Demon International LC products is legal in your country, and it is your responsibility to ensure that it is. We will ship your order according to the method selected at checkout, but we cannot control or guarantee delivery times once your order reaches your country's customs. If your shipment is denied entry into the country, our normal refund policies apply — we will refund the full purchase price, minus shipping and handling, upon receipt of the returned product.

Demon United is NOT responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims. Demon United is not responsible for any package once it is in the hands of USPS/UPS/FedEx/DHL.

**Any order, domestic or international, that is returned to us for an insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed shipment, etc., will require the customer to pay for reshipment of the package. If requesting a refund, the shipping cost will NOT be refunded.**

We do not cover or reimburse shipping costs for a return/exchange. The customer is responsible for return shipping. If you have a warranty issue, please contact our team.

Important Holiday Shipping & Fulfillment Information

 Standard transit shipping time is 4-8 business days after your order has been fulfilled. Transit days will begin once the carrier has made its first initial scan. Once your order is fulfilled, shipping information will be provided. Our business days are Monday-Friday. If your order is placed on the weekend it will ship the next business day and within the 24-48 window. Orders placed after Noon MST on Fridays are considered the weekend.

 Disclaimer: In some cities the transit window will take closer to the 7-8th business day for delivery.

 Privacy Statement

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

Performance and limitations of use

This product is designed for use in Snowsports and Mountain Bicycling Sports ONLY (NO motorsports). Certain areas are designed to absorb mild impacts with stationary objects as stated in the CE standards listed herein. The inclusion of the CE mark on a garment is not intended to imply the whole garment is CE approved.

WAIVER AND RELEASE

Sporting events are dangerous in nature and use of this equipment cannot prevent injury or death. The user assumes all risk associated with an activity that may cause injury or death. The user waives all claims against Demon or it's distributors for injury or death as a result of using Demon products.
