Shipping

 We strive to ship every order within 2-3 business days. All shipping times are stated in Business Days (does not include holidays and weekends) and does not include Saturday delivery.   In order to guarantee that an expedited shipment is shipped the same day, it must be received before 9 a.m. Mountain Time.  Once your order ships, it will arrive according to the option you selected at checkout.  

 International Customers (outside USA)

 We ship to most countries; however, import laws, customs, tariffs, and policies vary by country, and are sometimes enforced differently depending on the particular import office or customs agent who processes your shipment. We make no representations or guarantees that importing the Demon international LC is legal in your country and it is your responsibility to ensure that it is. Delivered At Place (DAP). Also called delivered duty unpaid (DDU). This term indicates that Demon International LC only takes responsibility for shipping the product, and requires the customer to pay any import costs, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees.  You, the customer, are responsible for any additional charges, taxes, fees, or duties. We will ship your order according to the method you select upon purchase, but we cannot control or guarantee delivery times, as once your order reaches your country, we have no control over how long it takes to import and satisfy your country's customs and declaration procedures.  In the case that your shipment is denied entrance into the country, our normal refund policies apply – that we will refund the full purchase price, minus shipping and handling, upon the receipt of your returned product.

 Returns/Exchanges

 We pride ourselves on our customer service and we are confident in the quality of our product. To return any product, simply go to https://demonunited.returnscenter.com/. If your product is damaged, we ask that you send us an email with the photo of the damaged item and reason for return. We are committed to our product and will do everything in our power to ensure your 100% satisfaction. Upon receiving the return we refund the amount of the product, minus shipping and handling.  If you received free domestic shipping when you initially ordered and you return a product for reasons other than a manufacturer's defect, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Performance and limitations of use

This product is designed for use in Snowsports and Mountain Bicycling Sports ONLY (NO motorsports). Certain areas are designed to absorb mild impacts with stationary objects as stated in the CE standards listed herein. The inclusion of the CE mark on a garment is not intended to imply the whole garment is CE approved.

WAIVER AND RELEASE

Sporting events are dangerous in nature and use of this equipment cannot prevent injury or death. The user assumes all risk associated with an activity that may cause injury or death. The user waives all claims against Demon or it's distributors for injury or death as a result of using Demon products.
