Warranty Policy

DEMON UNITED WARRANTY POLICY

Demon United products are warrantied to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a one year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and does not apply if damages are caused through abuse, negligence, improper repairs, inadequate fit, modifications and alterations or if used other than the manner intended. For our one year manufacturer's warranty we ask that the shipping cost of $10 (domestic) shipping be covered. If you are an international customer we will quote the shipping cost to be appropriate for the item being warrantied.

 Demon United makes no other warranties or guarantees. Demon United shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. If you suspect that your Demon product contains a defect, you may send images of the product to customer service for a warranty evaluation at any time within the first year of purchase. 

Damaged products covered by warranty will be replaced with the same item or  with an item of comparable size and style, at our sole discretion. Damaged products deemed not covered by Demon’s warranty policy will be given a discount code to place a new order. Any purchase from an unauthorized vendor voids the warranty.
