MTB Knee & Shin Pads — Demon Hyper X V4 D3O, Kevlar Shield

Knee and shin coverage for MTB and BMX — D3O® impact foam and a Kevlar front shield.

D3O® high-performance foam locks on impact and absorbs shock while a Kevlar front shield deflects abrasion from rocks, asphalt, and trails. Snug, form-fitting, and built to stay put.

Features

  • D3O® impact foam — Locks on impact, absorbs shock, and returns to its flexible state.
  • Kevlar front shield — Deflects abrasion from rocks, asphalt, and trails and protects the pad itself from wear.
  • Knee + shin coverage — Extends padding down the shin for full front-of-leg coverage.
  • Ventilated build — Perforated neoprene, a soft mesh inner panel, and terry-lined wicking keep legs cool.
  • Stay-put fit — Integrated center comfort pad and woven upper elastic strap keep the pads in place during aggressive riding.
  • Double-bound stitching — Built for durability.

I had to send them back and size up, the exchange was easy and trouble free!!! I’m 57.. used them for the 1st time today at a downhill mtb park in pigeon forge Tennessee. It was hot and humid. Don’t skimp on the shin protection if you’re worried about staying cool!! I think we made 8 runs today, they stayed in place perfectly, at one point I actually forgot I was wearing them!! They are so comfortable!! Protect those shins from those nasty pedal pins !!! I would buy these again in a heartbeat… highly highly highly recommend these!!!

I love these knee/shin pads. They provide excellent additional bracing inside the bot for faster toe edge response. The function, flexibility and design are perfect, they aren't bulky under snow pants and aren't restrictive, they are light weight with all of the rugged protection needed.
