Full upper-body padding in one lightweight top you can wear under anything.
Back, spine, shoulders, chest, and elbows all covered in a single under-jacket layer — more than a back-and-spine vest, without the bulk of a full impact top. For most riders, it's exactly the right amount of padding.

Demon's exclusive A.I. Air Integrated padding was developed to offer additional padding and cushion under the elbow and shoulder areas. Comes in a pack of 4 units these 5mm Air pads easily insert into the elbow and shoulder pockets providing comfort and shock absorption in any condition.
Will the Zero Plus RF Top fit under a ski or snowboard jacket without restricting movement?
Yes — fitting under a jacket without restriction is the core design brief. The Zero Plus RF uses an ultra-soft, lightweight build that flexes in all directions with your arms, shoulders, and back. Lighter and less structured than the X V7, it sits cleanly under any jacket without compression or bulk. The X V7 Impact Top is the full system — six CE EN1621-1 certified D3O® pads, ACF compression fit, adjustable elbow straps, X-Connect compatibility, and upgraded T6 D3O at the shoulders and back.
