Powder Hound Kit — Zero Top + Zero Pants

Shoulders to knees — the full-length Zero RF setup for cold days.

Upper body in one under-jacket layer, and padded pants that run tailbone to knee underneath. Both pieces are cut close enough to layer under outerwear without bulk.

What's in the kit

Zero RF D3O Padded Top

• RZ-LABS foam (back, shoulders, elbows) — High-performance padding across the upper-body zones, durable and pliable enough to stay resilient across a full season without compressing out.
• Recycled D3O® RF foam underlay — Non-Newtonian smart foam at the key zones: pliable while you ride, firms up under compression, and resets instantly.
• Upper-body coverage — Back, spine, shoulders, chest, and elbows in one garment, with soft chest padding for forward falls onto hardpack.
• Ultra-soft, low-profile build — Lightweight and flexible in every direction for all-day under-jacket wear.

Zero RF D3O Padded Pants

• ESPRO™ polymeric outer tailbone shell — Durable and pliable, flexes with your movement while staying resilient across a full season.
• D3O® RF (Recycled Foam) — Layered under the tailbone shell.
• Ultra-plush foam cushioning — Across the hips, seat, and knees for all-day, under-outerwear comfort.
• Elastic Velcro closure over the knee pads — Adjustable and soft for a secure fit and full mobility.
• Low-profile, close-to-body cut — Layers cleanly under ski pants, snowboard pants, or MTB pants without bulk.
